Bozz Prints Return & Exchange Policy

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the initial purchase date. 

A printed or emailed receipt is required for all returns! Unfortunately, we cannot accept a return for a refund without a receipt. Exchanges may be made without a receipt if the item is in the original condition in which it was received, and if the item was purchased within the last 30 days. We may also issue a gift card in exchange for returned merchandise if requested.

Frames and framed art prints are final sale. No returns or exchanges on these items!

Art prints may be returned or exchanged if they’re unopened and in their original packaging. 24x36 prints are printed-on-demand and not available for returns or exchanges.

All markdowns, promotional sales, and discounted items are final sale. No returns or exchanges on these items!

All returned items must be in the original condition in which they were received. Items that have been washed or worn cannot be exchanged or returned. If we determine that your item has been washed or worn we reserve the right to deny your exchange.

Online orders: Please email us to initiate your return or exchange along with your name and order number. We do not refund shipping fees unless the item was defective/damaged upon arrival, or if there was a shipping error (This also includes orders that originally qualified for free shipping)

Additionally, refunds generally take up to 5-10 business days to return to the customer's account.
