    We want to make your buying experience as easy as possible. In order to do that, we adhere to the following terms and conditions for payments.

    Here is a complete list of the payment types we accept:

      • Credit cards: American Express, Diner's Club, Discover, JCB, Mastercard, Visa, and debit cards.
      • Other payments: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Pay Pal


    Late or Missed Payments Policy

    You agree to pay all amounts owed to us for the products that you purchase through the Services, in accordance with any payment-related terms, policies or other written or electronic agreement we notify you of through the Services or the purchase process. We may require you to maintain valid credit card or other payment account information with us in order to purchase products through the Services, and if so, you hereby authorize us to charge your credit card or other payment account for any purchases you make through the Services.

     

    Shipping

    Orders are sent out 5 days a week and each package is shipped via USPS or UPS from our shop in West Des Moines. Posters come rolled in sturdy kraft tubes, small prints and postcards ship flat (or rolled when shipped with posters), shirts and apparel ship in durable poly-mailers, mugs and all other glassware are wrapped and boxed, and all other items are shipped in poly-mailers or small envelopes. Tracking numbers are sent with each order and if something accidentally breaks or bends, we'll happy to replace it!

    Our Online Only Apparel is produced on demand and therefore does not have the same estimated shipping rates as the rest of our inventory. It takes 2-3 weeks for an Online Only Apparel item to be produced and shipped. 

    It typically takes 3-4 business days for Bozz Prints orders to be shipped. We are a small business with a dedicated staff that works hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible!

    Return and Refund policy

    All products must be in the condition you received them. We will not do returns/exchanges for products that have been used, worn, washed or otherwise damaged.

    All markdowns are final sale AND CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED.

    All frames and framed prints are final sale.

    All accessories, puzzles, beanies, and hat purchases are final sale.

    Products can be returned within 60 days of initial purchase. Returns/exchanges can either be processed in-store or online.

    Refunds generally take 5-7 days to return to the customer's account.

    Bozz Prints does not offer refunds on merchandise purchased through our wholesalers. We do allow exchanges of products bought through our wholesalers if the item is currently stocked, full priced, and has not been used, worn, washed, or otherwise damaged. All exchanges must be accompanied by a receipt from the original point of purchase. Please refer to our wholesalers for their policies regarding returns and exchanges. You may find a complete list of our wholesalers on this webpage.

    Payment Disputes 

    Orders are not released until payments are cleared. Any failure to maintain valid, up-to-date payment information with us or to keep your payments current will constitute a material breach of these terms, for which we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately without notice.  Interest will be charged on all unpaid delinquent amounts at the rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate permitted by applicable law, whichever is lesser.  You agree to reimburse us for all collection agency fees, attorneys’ fees and other costs we may incur to collect delinquent amounts you owe to us.  

     

    Promo Code and Multiple Discount Policy

    Some exclusions may apply to all discounts, promotions, and sales. We do not allow multiple discounts to be applied to any order, including sale items.
